Who these terms cover
These terms govern your use of therankhq.com. They are not the agreement that covers work we do for you: that lives in the proposal and contract you sign, and where the two disagree, the contract wins.
Using this site
You are welcome to read, quote with attribution, and share anything here. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, attempt to break into it, or use it to send anyone anything unlawful.
What belongs to whom
The text, design, code, images and brand on this site belong to us or to the clients who licensed them to us. Client logos and names appear because that client agreed, and they remain their owners' marks. Anything you send us through a form stays yours; you are simply giving us permission to read it and reply.
No guaranteed results
Search rankings are decided by search engines, not by us, and they change their systems constantly. We will tell you what we plan to do and why, and we report honestly on what happens, but nobody can promise a position, a volume of traffic, or a number of leads, and anyone who does is not being straight with you. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific outcome.
Case studies and testimonials
The results we publish are real, drawn from the client's own data for the period stated. They are what those projects achieved in those markets, with those budgets. They are not typical, and they are not a prediction of what your business would achieve. Testimonials are the words of the client named, unpaid and unedited except for length.
Guest posts, PR and paid placements
We offer guest posting and PR as services. Where a placement is paid for, we disclose it and we mark links in the way the publisher and the search engines require. We will not arrange a placement that hides its nature from readers.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we are pointing at something useful, not vouching for it. What happens on someone else's site is governed by their terms and their privacy policy.
Copyright complaints
If something here infringes your copyright, write to info@therankhq.com with the page address, a description of the work, and a statement that you own it or act for the owner. We will take down anything we cannot prove we had the right to publish.
Our liability
We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and we are not liable for loss arising from relying on general information published here rather than on advice we gave you for your business. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about this website.
Changes
We update these terms from time to time and the date at the top always reflects the current version.
