AIPL Solar

A growing solar installer in Bihar was running its business across government portals, billing software, sales apps, inventory tools and spreadsheets. We designed and built a custom website and a CRM dashboard that brings leads, projects, finances and the team into one place.

Industry

Solar EPC, residential and commercial

Services

Website design and development, custom CRM

Market

Bihar, India

Built

A public website and an internal CRM dashboard

Where it started

AIPL Solar designs, supplies and installs residential and commercial solar systems in Bihar, and helps customers claim government subsidies. As the business grew, its teams were working across government solar portals, billing software, sales and purchase applications, inventory tools and spreadsheets.

The same data was typed into several systems, every step took manual effort, and nobody could see how each project was progressing without asking around.

Before and after

Before

  • Work spread across government portals, billing software, sales and purchase apps, inventory tools and spreadsheets
  • The same data entered in several places
  • Manual effort at every step
  • No single view of how each project was going

After

  • A custom website and a CRM dashboard built around the company’s own workflow
  • Leads, work in progress, finances, inventory and projects managed from one platform
  • Fewer manual tasks and better coordination between teams
  • Every stage of every project visible, for faster decisions

What we built, in two parts

One job faces customers, the other faces the team. The website has to win the trust of someone about to spend a lot on solar; the dashboard has to replace every tool the team was switching between. Each part below sets out the problem and what we built.

Part 1 of 2

A website that earns a solar buyer’s trust

Solar is a large purchase, and buyers check an installer carefully before they call.

The problem

  • Buyers want proof an installer is certified and established before they get in touch
  • Most want to know about subsidies and financing first
  • Many arrive on a phone, ready to ask for a quote

The solution

  • Certifications up front: GST, Bihar Government, MNRE, SBPDCL and NBPDCL
  • Every service explained, from on-grid, off-grid and hybrid systems to battery storage, PM Surya Ghar subsidy help and maintenance
  • Financing partners, component brands and real installations across Bihar on the homepage
  • A free quote form that sends the enquiry on WhatsApp, and a responsive design built for phones
Part 2 of 2

The whole business in one dashboard

Instead of switching between applications, the team needed one place to run every project.

The problem

  • Leads, projects, payments and stock tracked in different tools
  • Duplicate data and double entry
  • No overall picture of progress for the people running the business

The solution

  • Lead management, and sales and purchase tracking
  • Work-in-progress tracking and project status monitoring
  • Finance and payment tracking, with invoice generation
  • Team management and internal task management
  • A central admin dashboard with an interface built for speed

We build websites and custom dashboards around the way your team already works.

The finished site

A homepage that answers a solar buyer’s questions in the order they ask them: who you are and whether you are certified, what you install, how to pay for it, what you have already built, and how to get a quote.

Desktop and phone

Built for the phone as much as the desktop

The same site on a laptop and a phone: the headline, the certifications and the quote button all where a visitor looks first.

  • Certifications

GST, Bihar Government, MNRE, SBPDCL and NBPDCL, in the first screen.

  • Track record

Installations, capacity and customer rating, straight under the headline.

  • One clear action

Get Free Quote, in the header on every page.

The homepage, top to bottom

Every section a solar buyer needs

From the first screen to the footer, each section answers the next question a buyer has.

  • Services

Six solar services, each with a short explanation.

  • Financing and brands

Bank and finance partners, and the component makers used.

  • Proof and a quote

Installations across Bihar, then a quote form that goes to WhatsApp.

What changed for the business

The custom platform replaced manual processes with one workflow. The team now manages leads, follows every project, tracks finances and works together from a single dashboard, and the people running the company can see the whole business at once. It is built to grow with them, while the website gives buyers a clear, trustworthy first impression.
